Advanced Order Tracker PRO helps WooCommerce store owners manage courier automation, order tracking, fraud checks, incomplete orders, customer communication, WhatsApp messages, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, reports, and related store operations.
Merchants are responsible for:
Using the plugin legally and ethically
Keeping their WordPress website, hosting, admin account, API keys, and access tokens secure
Getting customer consent where required
Following Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, courier, WooCommerce, WordPress, and local laws or policies
Sending only permitted messages and avoiding spam or unauthorized promotional messages
Advanced Order Tracker PRO may integrate with Meta APIs, WhatsApp Cloud API, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Messaging.
Merchants must follow Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging rules, Facebook Messenger policies, Instagram Messaging rules, and all applicable laws. We are not responsible if a merchant’s Meta account, WhatsApp account, Page, Business Portfolio, API access, or messaging access is limited, rejected, disabled, or suspended by Meta.
The plugin may connect with courier and third-party services selected by the merchant. We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, wrong credentials, courier delays, or third-party service issues.
Plugin license, update access, support period, and pricing depend on the package purchased by the merchant. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, copying, or modification of the plugin is not allowed unless written permission is provided by Marketing Xpart.
Advanced Order Tracker PRO is provided to help automate store operations, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, courier delivery success, fraud prevention success, Meta approval, WhatsApp approval, or business revenue.
Marketing Xpart will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, account restriction, courier issue, or third-party API issue.
You must not use the plugin for:
Spam, fraud, phishing, illegal activity, or misleading communication
Unauthorized customer messaging
Violating Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, courier, WooCommerce, WordPress, or local policies
Reverse engineering or redistributing the plugin without permission
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
